I first did Project Life in 2010 and I love what I have as a result. (I missed last year as I wasn't able to get a hold of the kit...the scrapping world can be cruel to us Aussies!)
Here are a few speeds from my 2010 album...
I kept it all very simple and just used the kit.
I included some photos of the kids paintings and tried to include a photo of me at least once a month.
I also got the kids involved in the journalling.
This year I am going ok...a few gaps to sort out but here are my first few pages.
Yep...I have a photo missing I keep forgetting to get printed.
This year I am planning to include some other pages. This will be the family album from now.
Here I have added a page using an Ali template as I have soooo many holiday photos
and just wanted to include a few more.
Again I sticking close to just the kit. I will add a few extra bits here and there...but not to much.
Are you doing project Life? If so we would love to visit if you are blogging and say hi so leave a link.
Edited to add: For Aussies Project Life is available here.
It looks like you are making a great start to the year - well, who wouldn't after that great trip of yours! I like the way you dated each photo in both examples.

looking good di.... I have only done my week 1 this year but have been recording the daily happenings in "Oh Life" which is an email that gets sent to you in the evenings and gets stored..that way I don't forget what I have done and the funny things that are said. I am planning to spend a couple of days working on this the week after next.
